Returns + Exchanges

 

The pots you see on this site are the specific ones we will ship to your door. Returns will be considered on a case by case basis, but generally a return will only be accepted if we have made a mistake in what we shipped out or how we portrayed it on the site. If there is a quality issue that we missed, that will also be considered for a return. These are handmade pots, so there is sometimes little specks or a bump somewhere that you might not see in the photo. Please reach out to us if there is an issue that you think was missed and we will promptly address it. Generally, returns or exchanges of pots may only be accepted if the pot is shipped back in its original packaging and shipping paid for by the customer.
